Kelly has dedicated her career to helping children and families navigate illness, grief, trauma, and major life transitions. She currently works in community-based hospice and bereavement care while also providing education and support to organizations, schools, and families.

Sarah has spent more than a decade supporting pediatric patients and children of adult patients receiving hospice care throughout the Dallas–Fort Worth area. Her experience has centered on helping families navigate serious illness, grief, and difficult life transitions with compassion and connection.
As co-founder of Child Life Launchpad, Sarah loves helping students feel more confident, prepared, and supported as they pursue certification and internships. She believes mentorship can transform an overwhelming process into one that feels achievable.
